针对目前紫苏播种人工成本高等问题, 本文提出了一种基于(2-UPU/RPU)

U混联机构的紫苏四足播种机器人, 并对其进行了运动机理与空间的验证, 使其代替人工完成紫苏播种作业。首先利用螺旋理论及
K
-
G
公式求解验证了2-UPU/RPU并联机构的自由度特征; 然后应用封闭矢量法对并联机构进行了逆解分析, 建立了速度雅可比矩阵模型, 分析了机构奇异性存在条件; 接着利用极限边界搜索法求解了机器人足端工作空间, 并进行了运动/力传递的性能分析; 最后设定不同播种点位并利用SOLIDWORKS中的MOTION对其进行了移动仿真。结果表明, 该机构工作空间内部连续, 且不存在奇异位置, 传递性能良好, 具备对足端株距、 行距调整的灵活性及地形适应能力。该研究为紫苏种植的机械化、 智能化发展提供了新的解决方案。
Regarding the current issue of high labor costs associated with perilla seed sowing, a perilla quadruped seeding robot based on the (2-UPU/RPU)
&
U mixed coupling mechanism was proposed, so as to enable it to complete the perilla seeding operation instead of manual work. Firstly, the spiral theory and
K
-
G
formula were used to solve and verify the degree of freedom characteristics of the 2-UPU/RPU parallel mechanism. And the inverse solution analysis of the parallel mechanism was applied by the closed vector method to establish the velocity Jacobi matrix model and analyze the existence conditions of the mechanism’s singularity. Then the workspace at the foot end of the robot was solved by the limiting boundary search method, and the motion/force transfer performance analysis was carried out. Finally, different sowing point positions were set, and MOTION in SOLIDWORKS was utilized to simulate its movement. The results show that the mechanism’s workspace is internally continuous, and there is no singular position, the transfer performance is good, and it has the flexibility of adjusting the foot-end plant spacing and row spacing as well as the ability of adapting to the terrain. It provides a new solution for the mechanization and intelligent development of perilla planting.
