本文研究了电渣重熔37CrNi3MoV 钢在空气炉中加热时的晶粒遗传特征及规律

并对晶粒遗传的切断问题进行了工艺方面的探讨。研究结果表明:该钢在空气炉加热条件下产生严重的晶粒遗传

完全切断晶粒的遗传是比较困难的。研究中提出一些可使粗大晶粒细化的工艺。但是细化了的晶粒中

有的仍保持了遗传特征。
