本文通过对矿渣液抛纱辊轮的工作条件、失效形式的分析

初步研制了新型堆焊材料、代号 TGW 焊条。在采取相应堆焊工艺下该材料已用于辊轮的堆焊。经实际应用表明:该辊轮使用寿命比原材料 A102焊条高1～3倍。TGW 堆焊材料是一种铁基高钨耐热合金。本文采用了 TEM 等先进测试仪器对该合金的复杂显微组织状态及强化机理进行了探讨。
