摘要

本文通过建立筒形件正旋的力学模型，用自行开发的大变形三维弹塑性有限元模拟软件３Ｄ－ＦＳＰＩＮ对筒形件正旋变形过程进行了模拟计算，得到了旋压过程中的应力场和应变场．在此基础上，对筒形件正旋的变形机理进行了分析，并将计算结果与实测结果进行了比较，两者吻合较好．

Abstract

In this paper

by establishing the mechanical model for forward tube spinning

the elasto plastic FEM program 3D FSPIN was developed to simulate the process of tube spinning. The stress and strain distributions are obtained. The deformation mechanism of forward tube spinning was analyzed. The simulated results and experiments give a good agreement.
