摘要

本文在三维铸件温度场模拟的基础上，提出了利用收缩势确定缩孔缩松预测判据临界值的有效方法，开发了相应的有限元计算程序，并对实际铸件进行了模拟预测，与实验结果基本一致。

Abstract

An efficient method has been put forward to determine the prediction criteria of shrinkage eavity and porosity based on the simulated results of 3- D tem- perature field of casting and a FEM program has been developed.The program has been applied to steel casting practice and the prediction results of shrinkage cavity in casting well agree with the experimen tal ones.
