摘要

本文在实验的基础上，研究了锌基合金冲裁模的刃口间隙、刃口形状及冲裁件质量的变化规律．从理论上分析了影响冲裁件质量的因素，并据此提出了改善冲裁件质量和延长模具寿命的措施．

Abstract

On the basis of experiments

the article talks about the regularity of the blade clearance

shape and the quality of the blanking parts changes of the zinc based alloy die; analyzes those factors which affect the quality of blanking parts and suggests the measures for improving the quality of blanking parts and the life of die.
