摘要

在试验的基础上，开发了淬火工件／介质边界换热条件程序，该程序通过反算法计算边界换热系数．利用该程序与ＡＢＡＱＵＳ非线性有限元程序对淬火过程温度场进行数值模拟，模拟结果与实测值比较，误差在１０％以内．

Abstract

Based on the experimental results

the program on interface heat transfer condition has been developed. The program calculates the interface heat tranfer coefficients by inverse solution method. Using it and the ABAQUS nonlinear finite element program. The 3 D temperature field of quenching processing has been numerically simulated. According to comparision between simulated and experimental results

the relative error is within ±10%.
