摘要

本文总结了金属材料中绝热剪切带微观结构的透射电子显微（ＴＥＭ）研究成果，其主要内容涉及以下几个方面：绝热剪切带微观组织特征；钢中白亮带形成原因的讨论；绝热剪切带演化机制和相对应的争论。综述结果表明：绝热剪切带中心主要由细小的等轴晶（直径在０．５μｍ以下）组织组成；钢中白亮带组织中很少有淬火马氏体。与此同时，过去依据绝热剪切带形貌把它分类成“形变带”或“转变带”也显得过分粗糙。

Abstract

In this paper

the TEM research results on the rnicrcotructure of adia- batic shear band(ASB)in various metallic material have been reviewed.These have mainly dealt with microstructural characteristic of ASB

the discussion of the nature of“white- etching band”in steel

the evolution mechanism and the contro- versy corresponding to the mechanism. The reviewed results have shown that the central structure of ASB consist mainly of very fine equiaxial grains(less then 0.5um in diameter)and that the nature of“white- etching band”in steel is not the particular indication of untempering martensite. Meanwhile

it has been proved to be extremely inaccurate that

previously

ASB had been classified into “deformed band”or“transfomed band”on the basis of ASB's appearance.
