摘要

本文提出把矩匹配法子象素边缘检测技术用于工业无损检测中机器零部件疵病几何尺寸的测量．采用迭代算法修正线条边缘位置参数，理论误差可小于０．０００６象素．对于几个经过预先标定几何尺寸的图象，用５×５模板计算其几何尺寸，结果误差仍小于０．０１５象素．这一方法的另一优点是计算比较简单．

Abstract

In this paper

moment match of subpixel edge detection is applied to measure spot and crack width of parts in industrial nondestructive detection. Iteration is adopted to correct edge location parameters

the theoretical error is smaller than 0.000 6 pixel. To some standard images of which crack width are calibrated beforehand

the error of obtained size which is calculating with 5×5 mold

is smaller than 0.015 pixel. Another advantage of this method is its simple calculation.
