摘要

目的研究一种流行的超晶格赝势计算方法的可靠性．方法用群论理论对该赝势计算方法给出的能带作剖析．结果发现这种算法将导致能带简并态不应有的分裂，同时使一些能态的跃迁禁戒变为跃迁允许．这种变化会直接影响到超晶格光的吸收行为．结论这种较为普遍使用的算法很有局限

Abstract

Aim Seeing about the reliability of a fashionable pseudopotential method of superlattices. Methods Using group theory to analyze the band structure given by this method. Results We found this method bring on two consequences: one is the splitting of the degenerate states in band; the another is the changing of selection rule between forbidden transition to permitted transition

which will influence the behavior of superlattice optical absorption. Conclusion There exists quite limitation in this method which is popularly used.
