摘要

目的　求出结构因数Ｆ２ＨＫＬ及Ｋ值用于ＮｄＦｅＢ双相永磁合金无标定相量分析．方法　通过分析Ｎｄ２Ｆｅ１４Ｂ相的晶体结构，标定出单胞中各原子坐标．结果与结论　四方结构的Ｎｄ２Ｆｅ１４Ｂ相，晶体单胞中Ｚ＞１／２的原子与Ｚ＜１／２的原子以Ｚ＝１／２面呈完全镜面对称

Abstract

Aim\ For alloys quantitative phase analysis of NdFeB dual phase permanent magnets to evaluate structure factor \%F\%\+2\- HKL and \%K\% value. Methods\ The coordinates of every atom of Nd\-2Fe\- 14 B phase is determined by analyzing its crystal structure. Results and Conclusion\ Nd\-2Fe\- 14 B is of tetragonal phase. Atoms of \%Z\%1/2 and \%Z\%1/2 in its cell appear entirely mirror symmetrical to crystal plane of \%Z\%=1/2.
