摘要

用数值模拟方法研究了铸钢件凝固过程的热应力场，并计算了标准应力框的应力和位移，应力框变形模拟结果与实际情况基本一致，为进一步研究热裂提供了依据．

Abstract

Numerical simulaion method is used to analyze the thermal stress fields during solidification of steel casting. The simulation results of stress and displacement of the standard stress frame are identical with the reality. An efficient base for analyzing thermal tearing is provided.
