摘要

介绍了几种激光能量空间均布的技术原理，它们分别属于输出空间激光能量均布和输入空间激光能量均布，并对其均布效果和优缺点进行了定性分析．这些均化技术对提高激光加工质量具有较好的现实意义．

Abstract

The paper has introduced several technological principles of uniformizing laser energy distribution in space and qualitatively analysed their uniformization effect. These uniformization technologies are of better practical significance to raise laser processing quality.
