摘要

目的　对数控系统进行监测和故障诊断．方法　通过建立专家系统，利用专家知识库的知识对用户数据进行推理、判断．结果　建立了一种能够对数控系统进行故障诊断的计算机辅助诊断系统．结论　提出了利用专家知识库建立计算机辅助数控故障诊断系统的方法，该系统能够适应不同类型的数控系统，并能够随专家知识库中知识的不断扩充而提高其诊断的能力．

Abstract

Aim\ To monitor and diagnose the fault of a numerical control system. Methods\ The expert\+′s knowledge is utilized to infer and judge the users\+′ data. Results\ A computer aided diagnosis system for the numerical control system is set up. Conclusion\ A method for establishing a computer aided diagnosis system is brought up

which can enhance its own capability by expanding the expert base to be adapted to various NC systems.
