摘要

目的　研究各种因素对双环形件塑性成形时金属流动的影响．方法　用ＭＡＲＣ／ＡｕｔｏＦｏｒｇｅ软件对其进行了数值模拟．结果　确定了毛坯形状、摩擦系数、变形程度及圆角半径对双环形件塑性成形的影响．结论　该数值模拟结果可对双环形件塑性成形工艺制订及模具结构优化提供科学依据

Abstract

Aim\ To study influence of various factors upon the metal flowing of two ring part plastic forming. Methods\ Numerical simulation has been done for the part by the software of MARC/Autoforge. Results\ The influence of billet shape

friction factor

deformation degree and radius of rounded corner on the plastic forming of two ring part has been determined. Conclusion\ The results of numerical simulation can provide a scientific basis for the mapping out technological process and the optimizing of die construction of two ring part plastic forming.
