本文在阐述普遍化微扰理论（ＧｅｎｅｒａｌｉｚｅｄＰｅｒｔｕｒｂａｔｉｏｎＴｈｅｏｒｙ）的基本方程式（简称ＧＰ方程）和两类控制反应的基础上，解释了一些亲电试剂或亲核试剂的双重反应性．作为ＧＰ方程的特例，用轨道相互作用图象解释某些有机分子的特定反应双重性：构型保持与构型转化等．

This paper explains the dualreaction nature of some electrophilic reagents and nucleophilic reagents

on the basis of elaborating generalized perturbation (GP) theory and two kinds of controlled reaction. As a special case of GP equation

by using orbital interaction pattern

the special dualreaction nature

configuration retaining and configuration inversion of some organic molecules are explained.
