摘要

目的　对微机电系统 ( MEMS)和微型惯性测量系统的国内外现状、国家政策进行介绍

讨论微型惯性测量系统 ( MIMS)应用技术 .方法　结合世界各国政府对该技术的政策导向和我国的对策

在应用技术方面

采用系统优化、设计专用集成电路并采用抗高过载方法 .结果与结论　模块化集成方法能够满足部分需求

已在我国一些重大型号上获得应用 .微型惯性测量系统是今后需要重点研究的微机电系统之一 .

Abstract

Aim\ To introduce the development and policy of Micro Electronic Mechanical System (MEMS) and Micro Inertial Measurement System

to discuss the application technology of Micro Inertial Measurement System. Methods\ Exploring the strategy of developed countries

such as the Unite States

Japan

Europian countries

and the countermeasure of China. For application

system optimization

ASIC production and high overloading proof technique are adopted. Results and Conclusion\ Modularization integration technology can meet some application requirements and has been used in practice. Micro Inertial Measurement System is one of the key parts of Micro Electronic Mechanical Systems needed to research in the future.
