摘要

目的　为满足某些光电探测系统的需求

实现对半导体激光器微弱幅度的单脉冲调制 .方法　文章根据半导体激光器的典型功率电流 (P-I)特性曲线

利用导通电阻较小的模拟开关及单稳态触发器来完成 .结果与结论　给出了对某激光器调制后的探测波形

进一步验证了该方法的可靠性

Abstract

Aim\ To satisfy the demand of certain photoelectric detection system

the single small amplitude pulse modulation of the laser diode(LD) must be realized. Methods\ According to the typical \%P-I\% (power current) characteristic of the LD

the modulation is accomplished by means of analog switch with low “make” resistance and monostable multivibrator. Results and Conclusion\ The modulated waveform of an LD is described which further proves the reliability of the above approach.
