摘要

目的　研究电厂循环泵系统的控制方法及如何实现其信息共享 .方法　利用可编程逻辑控制器PLC和 Win CC组态软件组成小型开放性集散控制系统 ( DCS)

根据控制系统软件的设计要求

通过对PLC编程以及 Win CC的组态实现系统控制 .结果　通过对实际循环泵的系统硬件配置及软件开发等具体问题的分析

总结了解决的方法 .结论　采用 PLC和 Win CC组成的开放的 DCS具有造价低廉

配置灵活

系统开放等特点

可广泛应用于中、小型控制系统中 .

Abstract

Aim\ To research the control methods of circulating pump in power plant and how to share information. Methods\ A small Distributed Control System(DCS) composed of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and WinCC is used to realize the control of circulating pump by PLC programmingand WinCC configuration. Results\ A way to control the circulating pump in hardware and software is found. Conclusion\ The open DCS composed of PLC and WinCCis featured as low price

flexible

openness. It can be widely used in middle or small control systems.
