摘要

目的　实现快速、准确地描绘凸轮轮廓曲线 .方法　采用极坐标建立凸轮轮廓表达式

并用了VB 6.0可视化编程技术及强大的处理图形功能 .结果　计算出从动件按常见的几种运动规律运动时

凸轮各位置点几何参数

并绘出凸轮轮廓曲线 .结论　计算表明

运行速度快

结论正确 .用此方法

还可设计摆动从动件及平底从动件凸轮轮廓曲线

Abstract

Aim\ In order to fast drawing precise cam profile

the paper gives polar coordinates equations of it. Methods\ By using of VB6.0 visible compiling program technique and powerful function of processing graph. Results\ Calculates precisely geometric parameters of per position and draws cam profile as the follower move according to common motion laws. Conclusion\ The result shows that it has quick speed and correct calculation. With the method

we also can design cam with flat face follower and oscillating follower.
