摘要

　EM算法将观测得到的投影值看成不完全数据

合理运用相应的先验知识

以迭代的方法求出图像像素值的极大似然估计.该算法重建的图像比常用的滤波反投影和代数重建等算法得到的精度高.本文用概率统计的方法从理论上较详细地讨论了EM算法重建结果方差的下界

同时推导出实际应用中此方差近似值的一种简单求法.

Abstract

In the ExpectationMaximization(EM) algorithm

the measured projections considered to be incomplete data

appropriate priori knowledge adopted

maximum likelihood estimates of pixels are found by using iterative method. The image reconstructed by this algorithm is better in the reconstruction accuracy than that reconstructed by the filtered backprojection and algebraic reconstruction techniques. In this paper

the lower bound of the variance reconstructed by EM algorithm is studied theoretically

and a simply method of finding approximate value of the variance in practice is given.
