摘要

　目的　阐述"315"消费者热线投诉服务系统的整体方案设计.方法　从网络结构、系统组成和软件设计三个方面阐述"315"消费者热线投诉服务系统的整体方案.结果与结论　系统的使用改变了投诉台人工记录的现状

缩短了投诉时间.

Abstract

Aim\ To introduce the whole project design of the appeal service system for the \!315\" consumers' hotlines. Methods\ From three aspects(the network construction

system constitution and software) to be designed

the whole project of the appeal service system for consumer hotlines \!315\" has been discussed. Results and Conclusion\ The system changes the present pedestal manual record condition of the appeal and shorten the appeal time.
