摘要

　通过蒸气闪爆、化学提纯、物理改性等纯化技术对麦秆进行预处理

其目的是为了得到较高α-纤维素含量的、结构疏松且化学反应活性高的麦秆基纤维素.处理后的麦秆基纤维素经碱化、醚化合成适度取代的麦秆基羧甲基纤维素.研究结果表明:蒸气闪爆预处理技术非常有效

天然植物秸秆可以代替棉纤维合成羧甲基纤维素.

Abstract

In order to purify and obtain high content α-cellulose and increase its reactivity

the natural wheat-straw was modified and treated by steam explosion. The treated cellulose from natural wheat-straw was alkalized and ethered to obtain carboxymetholcel(CMC). It is concluded that natural wheat-straw can be used as raw material for preparing CMC instead of cotton. Steam Explosion(SE) was an efficient method for natural wheat-straw pretreatment.
