Abstract

An automatic feeding machine has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of craft homework such as imprecision

waste of raw material and so on.Dyeing houses normally use hydrogen peroxide solution and ammonia as oxidant

while the automatic feeding machine uses numeral pulse flowmeter that precisely counts and calculates the oxidant

and automatically completes the adding of the hydrogen peroxide solution and ammonia. The automatic feeding machine proves to be reliable and it can overcome the disadvantages of the manual work.
