摘要

综述了纳米技术在DNA检测与识别

基因治疗和核酸分子的高速测序

药物和基因转染载体等方面的应用

并对本学科的应用前景和发展方向作了大胆的预测

指出了本学科在产业化、临床应用、基因载体及应用、纳米通道测序等方面存在和亟待解决的问题.

Abstract

The applications of nanotechnology in DNA detection and identification

gene therapy and DNA high-speed sequencing

as well as carriers for medicine and gene transfection are reviewed.Researching fields and its prospects

problems in industrial application

clinical application

gene carrier application and DNA sequencing are introduced.
