摘要

以二羟甲基丙酸(DM PA)为亲水扩链剂

探讨了DM PA含量的改变对水性聚氨酯乳液及其涂膜性能的影响.实验结果表明

DM PA含量在5%

%之间可获得比较稳定的乳液;随着DM PA含量的增加

乳液的粒径变小

粒径的分散性变窄;涂膜拉伸强度增强

伸长率下降.

Abstract

Dimethyol propionic acid(DMPA) is a hydrophilic chainextending agent.The influence of DMPA on emulsion and film of waterborne polyurethane is discussed.The experimental results show that the disperse emulsion is stable when the content of DMPA is 5%

%.With the increasing of DMPA amount

the particle size becomes smaller

the dispersivity of particle size becomes narrower

the tensile strength of film increases

and the elongation decreases.
