摘要

用光滑试样慢应变速率拉伸法研究了X60管线钢在含水土壤中的应力腐蚀.研究结果表明:当应变速率■≤4.2×10-7/s后

在土壤中能发生应力腐蚀

由相对塑性损失表征的应力腐蚀敏感性约为30%

应力腐蚀使断口形貌由韧变脆.根据光滑试样在土壤中长期浸泡前后流变应力的差值可测出土壤腐蚀钝化膜引起的内应力

这个膜致附加拉应力能协助外应力促进局部塑性变形

进而促进土壤应力腐蚀.

Abstract

Stress corrosion cracking of an X60 pipeline steel in soil containing water has been investigated using slow strain rate test.The results showed that a transgranular SCC in the soil solution occurred when ■≤4.2×10-7 s-1

and the susceptibility to SCC was about 30%.During corrosion of API X-60 pipeline steel in the soil containing water

a corrosion-induced tensile stress will be generated to enhance SCC in the soil.
