摘要

为提高轨道磨损度的检测精度

提出了一种基于曲线拟合的检测方法.在对轨道结构分析的基础上

根据最小二乘法原理

采用电涡流位移传感器对轨道进行了非接触式测量.通过对传感器的标定、补偿修正模型的建立和实际磨损量的计算等步骤

完成了轨道磨损度检测数学模型的建立

并进行了误差分析.经验证

该方法科学可行

能够完成磨损量小于0.2 mm轨道的检测.

Abstract

In order to improve the measuring precision of rail abrasion degree

based on the structural analysis of the rail and the curve fitting principle of least squares

a non-contact detect method was proposed by using eddy current displacement transducers.The mathematical model was set up for the rail abrasion degree measurement through the sensor calibration

the compensation revision model establishment and the actual abrasion calculation.Experimental results indicate that this method can realize the measurement of less than 0.2mm rail abrasion.
