摘要

以Tween80(土温80)、SDS(十二烷基磺酸钠)、CTMAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)为增溶剂

探讨了采用填料塔为介质

以添加表面活性剂的溶液为喷淋液对氯苯的净化效果.考察了增溶剂浓度、氯苯入口浓度等因素对氯苯增溶效果的影响.研究结果表明

表面活性剂胶团对氯苯在溶液中的增溶能力有很大影响

当Tween80的浓度为8.0 mmol/L

氯苯入口浓度为2 000 mg/m3时

氯苯的去除率达到94%.

Abstract

The Polysorbate 80(Tween80)

sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)were introduced to the trickling liquid respectively to investigate its individual effect on the purification of chlorobenzene in packing scrubber.The effects of various factors

such as solubilizer concentrations

inlet concentration

on the enhanced dissolution of chlorobenzene were examined.The experimental results show that surfactant micelle has the important effect on enhanced dissolution of chlorobenzene.The maximum chlorobenzene removal efficiency can reach 94% when the concentration of CTMAB is 8.0 mmol/L and inlet the concentration of chlorobenzene is 2 000 mg/m3.
