摘要

在正电子发射断层重建(PET)中

M LEM算法不但收敛速度慢

而且还不能有效抑制噪声.随着迭代次数的增加

重建图像中的噪声同时也会逐渐上升

从而造成重建图像质量的下降.在M L算法中加入正则惩罚项

并结合可变有序子集(MOS)方法用于PET图像重建

形成了可变有序子集的惩罚最大似然算法(OS-PML)

它结合了MOS算法和PML算法的优点.运用MOS-PM L和其他重建算法对正电子发射断层(PET)进行了重建实验

仿真结果表明

MOS-PM L算法相对于MLEM和PML算法

不仅能抑制噪声

重建的图像质量更高

而且收敛速度也有了较大提高.

Abstract

In positron emission tomography(PET) image reconstruction

maximum likelihood expectation maximization(MLEM) algorithm has poor convergent rate and lots of computing time.And the noise of the reconstructed image is deteriorated with the iterations increasing.A new algorithm

named as MOS-PML

is proposed by using MLEM algorithm combining the regularizing penalty with the modified subsets technology.Simulation results for PET image reconstruction show that the MOS-PML algorithm has better performance than MLEM and PML in convergence rate and image quality.
