摘要

精密制造系统中操作者的动作稳定性对产品质量和工作效率有着重要的影响

而人机系统中操作者的动作稳定性不方便直接实时测量.依据心率与疲劳的强相关关系分析疲劳程度

利用Polar心率测试仪测试生产过程中操作者的生理状态和操作者在不同疲劳阶段的心率

运用相关性分析和单因素回归分析研究了操作者疲劳和动作稳定性之间的关系.制造企业可以以此构建合适的人机系统

利用工效学传感器监测疲劳程度

预测动作稳定性

安排操作人员作息时间

提高操作者的作业质量

同时也可以避免操作者超负荷作业.

Abstract

In precision manufacturing system

the stability of operator′s action greatly affects the product quality and efficiency.But the on-line monitoring the stability is not an easy job.The degree of fatigue can be analyzed based on the strong correlation between heart rate and fatigue.The physiological status and heart rate of operators were tested at different stages of fatigue in the production process.The correlation analysis and single factor regression analysis were used to study the relationship between the fatigue and action stability of operators.Based on this method

the manufacturing enterprises can build a suitable human-machine system.The polar heart-rate tester was used to indicate the degree of fatigue

and to predict the action stability

as the result

the schedules of operators can be reasonably arranged to improve the operators′ work quality

to avoid overloading the operators work.
