摘要

对弹体侵彻夯土靶加速度测试记录仪进行了研究

分析了内部测试存储电路的设计原理

提出了一种中薄壁厚型防护外壳

设计了精确确定泡沫铝缓冲厚度的试验方法.针对应力波作用下防护外壳的屈曲和泡沫铝缓冲性能不足导致内部电路模块冲击断裂的典型失效模式

通过ANSYS/LS-DNYA对记录仪抗冲击结构性能进行了分析.经计算

防护外壳半径为29 mm

厚度3 mm

泡沫铝厚度23 mm的抗冲击防护结构理论抗冲击能力为43 000 g.在实弹侵彻夯土靶试验中

测得冲击加速度峰值为20 300 g

在此冲击下记录仪壳体结构稳定

内部电路工作正常.

Abstract

The acceleration test recorder

which records the process of missile's penetrating the earth target

was studied.The design theory of internal test memory circuit was proposed.A shell of medium thickness was designed to protect the circuit.The experiment method was proposed to determine the thickness of the aluminum foam

which was filled inside the shell.To investigate the typical failure model of the circuit module which was caused by the shell buckling and the bad performance of the form

the structural performance under impact load was analyzed with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The theoretical resistance to impact was 43 000 g by the suggestive shell radius of 29 mm

shell thickness of 3 mm

and aluminum foam thickness of 23 mm.The penetrating experiment was conducted in which the impact acceleration peak was 20 300 g with and the recorder structure and the circuit undamaged.
