摘要

本文所介绍的新型应变式加速度计

是根据中间弹道段上弹丸飞行姿态测试要求所设计的。根据传统的应变式加速度计的原理

通过传感器的结构设计

主要弹性元件的几何尺寸设计

限位器的结构形状设计

来防止传感器的弹性元件在高速旋转的使用条件下发生扭转以及防止在膛内高g值冲击使用条件下发生坏损。实验表明

此加速度计具有抗高过载能力和适应低量程的灵敏度

而且结构简单

成本低廉。

Abstract

the paper introduces a new kind of strain accelerometer which is designed to test the posture of intermediate ballistic projectiles. It is delibrately made by adding a positioning-limiter to a traditional strain accelerometer. The results of the experiments show that it has an excellent per- formance of both low test range and self-protection against high shock load.
