摘要

本文介绍了用电阻法测量CATT(Circular-Are-Tooth-Trace)齿轮润滑油膜的测量原理、实验设备和方法

研究了油膜沿啮合线和沿齿线的变化规律

得出了可供CATT齿轮设计参考的结论。

Abstract

The principle

experimental apparatus and method of measuring lubricating oil-film thickness of CATT gear by means of electrical resistance were deseribed.The variations of oil-film thickness between tooth surfaces both along the meshing line and along the contact line were stud- ied. Conclusious which would be useful to the design of CATT gear were reached.
