摘要

研究了钢的硬度对磁巴克豪森噪声（ＭＢＮ）检测参数的影响规律．得出了一个反映这一规律的经验公式．其系数可用实验数据的线性回归或图解法求得．所得关系对残余应力的定量检测和巴克豪森效应测量有重要意义．

Abstract

The rule of the effect of steel hardness on magnetiC barkhaasen noise(MBN) measurement parameter has been investigated. An empiric formula expressing relation between the hardness and the measurement parameter ET and Nis found out. The coeffieients which can be worked out through linear regressionmethod or graphic method. It is significant to find out such a relation to the quantitative measurement Of residual stress and the praCtice of MBN measurement technique.
