摘要

目的　探索一种铸造工艺图及工艺卡片的计算机程序绘制方法．方法　以ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤＲ１４为平台，用ＡＤＳ语言及ＤＸＦ文件开发铸造工艺图及工艺卡的绘制软件．结果　利用该方法所开发的软件对大同机车厂多种实际生产件的铸造工艺图及工艺卡分别进行了实例绘制．结论　该软件使用方便，可以大大缩短从零件图到工艺图及工艺卡的绘制周期，具有明显的实用价值和广阔的应用前景．

Abstract

Aim\ A program oriented method has been analyzed to the foundry technology drawing and the foundry technology cards. Methods\ Based on the AutoCAD R14. The program of foundry technology drawing and foundry technology cards were developed by using C language with ADS and by DXF file. Results\ Using the software

the foundry technology drawings and the foundry technology cards of some practical castings have been drawn. Conclusion\ This program not only is easy to operate but also can shorten the drawing period from castings to technology drawings and technology cards. It will have an evident economical prospect and a wide range of applications.
