摘要

本文提出了聚苯乙烯快速发泡方法与机理，并就发泡工艺配方进行了研究．试验结果表明：在室温下，通过调整配方与工艺条件，发泡时间可在（０．１～１）ｓ之间变化．

Abstract

A high speed foaming method is advanced in this paper. Based on the polystyrene foaming mechanism

the technology process and formulation are studied. The experimental results show that the foaming performance can be completed within 0.1￣1 second at room temperature

which can be adjusted by the change of formulations and processing conditions.
