摘要

目的　说明超声珩磨的效果．方法　选用不同参数的油石进行珩磨工艺试验．结果　能较好地解决普通珩磨中存在的缸套尺寸精度差、加工效率低等问题．结论　该技术具有广阔的应用前景．

Abstract

Aim\ To explain the effect of ultrasonic honing. Methods\ Different honing parameters are selected through technological experiments. Results\ The problems about poor cylinder dimension precision and low machining effect in ordinary honing can be well resolved. Conclusion This technique has a good prospect in wider application.
