摘要

目的　将降维观测器的设计目标转化为一个标准的求 LMI的可行解问题 .方法　利用求解线性矩阵不等式的凸优化技术 .结果与结论　给出了一种定常随机系统的降维观测器的设计方法

同时给出了滤波器存在的条件及求解的计算方法

Abstract

Aim\ To convert change the aim of degrade observer design into finding a feasible solution of a standard LMI. Methods\ The convex optamal technology is used to solving the linear matrix inequality. Results and Conclusion\ A design method of degrade observer for steady random system is given. The condition of filter existency and the computing method of solution are given.
