摘要

目的　对火车车轮在车轮和轴的安装过程中所产生的应力以及在刹车过程中产生的热应力进行分析

保证火车在高速行驶状态下的安全性及强度能满足要求 .方法　利用 ANSYS软件进行几何建模

并对该结构进行非线性有限元分析 .结果　得到了车轮和轴结构的温度场图和应力场图 .结论　计算结果表明 :该车轮结构设计合理 .作者同时还提出了一些改进设计的合理建议 .

Abstract

Aim\ In order to make the security and strength be able to meet the demand in the course of high-speed running on the train

the stress during installing on the axis and the wheel and in the process of braking are analyzed. Methods\ The geometrical model is established and the nonlinear finite element analysis about the structure is processed by ANSYS software. Results\ The temperature field and the stress field of the structure are obtained. Conclusion\ The results prove that the wheel structure is reasonable

and some advices are put forward about improving structure.
