摘要

目的　处理采用盐析法提取果胶的工艺废水 .方法　利用果胶废水中残余 Al( )并加入聚丙烯酰胺 (简称 PAM)为混凝剂

石灰乳为助凝剂

炉渣和活性炭联合脱色的方法 .结果　通过正交实验

确定了最佳工艺条件 .用该工艺处理后的废水无色透明

Al( )去除率达 99.3%

SO2 - 4 去除率为 90 .5%

CODCr去除率为 87.0 %

p H值为 7.0

达到回用水的标准 .结论　该工艺简便易行

处理费用低廉

易于在乡镇企业推广 .

Abstract

Aim\ Treating the wastewater produced from the extracting technology of pectin by the salting-out method. Methods\ Using Al(Ⅲ) in pectin wastewater and polyacrylamide ( PAM ) as coagulant

milk of lime as sedimentation aid

cinder and activated carbon for joint decolourisation. Results\ Through orthogonal experiment to determine the best technical condition

the wastewater after treatment is colourless and transparent. The reduced percentage of Al(Ⅲ) reaches 99.3%

of SO\+\{2-\}\-4 90.5%

of COD\-\{Cr\} 87.0% and pH value 7.0

all these reach the standard of reusable water. Conclusion\ The treatment cost of this technology is quite low

so that it is convenient to use and easy to be popularized in enterprises in villages and towns.
