Aim\ This paper presents the frame and system of an intelligent simulation platform based on knowledge base system. Methods\ A method by applying AI and COM technologies which can be used to solve the problem of building a simulation model. Results\ Supported by the knowledge of fields to construct an intercommunication type of simulation system. Conclusion\ The described system fits to the applications of certain fields for simulation modeling.
