摘要

目的　对铸造充型过程紊流流场进行数值模拟计算 .方法　建立铸造充型过程紊流流场的 k-ε数学模型

结合实际情况对各种边界条件进行适当处理 .结果　模拟结果同实际情况比较吻合 .结论　 k-ε模型能较好地实现对铸造充型过程的紊流流场数值模拟

从而为铸造工艺的优化提供实用依据

Abstract

Aim\ To simulate the turbulent fluid field of mold filling. Methods\ A \%k ε\% model in the process of mold filling has been made

various boundary conditions combined with practical cases have been handled properly. Result\ The result of simulation is in good agreement with practice. Conclusion\ Utilizing of the \%k ε\% model can finish simulation of turbulent fluid field successfully

practical suggestion for optimal technology can be put forward.
