快捷"成为人们办公中追求的目标

本软件为普通用户开发机关事务管理系统.从用户角度出发

充分考虑用户的需求

设计出能满足具有一般计算机知识的使用者也可利用本系统完成日常办公事务.系统集文本处理、网络浏览和数据库管理为一体

能完成日常工作中的文字处理、报表提交、打印输出等工作.本系统的应用可使工作人员从繁忙的日常事务中解脱出来

实现办公处理过程的自动化.

Abstract

Along with the popularity of computer and network

\!high efficiency and shortcut\" is becoming the goal that people pursue in official business. The software is developed for ordinary users. The system can fulfil routine official affairs and can satisfy any users. It integrates text handling

network browse and database management. It can also fulfil word processing

including submitting and printing in daily work. Using the system to handle official business automatically

staff can be freed from busy daily affairs.
