摘要

目的　研制双金属复合材料锤头

以提高其使用寿命 .方法　以韧性较好的 4 2 Cr Mo金属包覆高铬白口铸铁

采用镶铸工艺熔为一体 .结果　研制成了具有良好的耐磨性、耐冲击的复合锤头 .结论　这种锤头性能良好

有实用价值

可广泛使用 .

Abstract

Aim The paper researched the duplex metal composition hammer in order to improve its life. Methods The high chromium white pig-iron is wrapped by steel 42CrMo with better toughness and fused. Results The researched composite hammer has better wearability and the technology and has fairly shockproof. Conclusion Through practical use

the hammer is proved good performance long service life and wide applications.
