摘要

目的　讨论 RDX粒度对塑性炸药包覆及感度性能的影响 .方法　以不同粒度的主体炸药制备塑性炸药后进行表面包覆、机械感度比较 .结果　由于粘结剂含量多

RDX的粒度较小时也容易包覆且机械感度较低 .结论　选择粒度为 ( 4 0～ 6 4 )μm目的主体炸药制备的塑性炸药

包覆性能较好

机械感度较低

Abstract

Aim The influence of RDX particle size in plastic explosives on the effect of coating and mechanical sensitivity is studied. Methods Experiment of plastic explosives with different particle size are used to analyze and research the coating surface and the mechanical sensitivity. Results The finer principal explosive particle size will receive the better plastic explosive coating effect and the lower sensitivity. Conclusion The coating effect to the plastic explosive with RDX particle size (40~64) μm is better

and the mechanical sensitivity is lower.
