摘要

目的　设计一种能控制高速液流通道大小的阀门 .方法　根据控制要求

确定阀的结构尺寸并进行变形分析计算 .结果　确定了碗形控制阀的结构尺寸 .结论　试验结果表明 :此种控制阀驱动力矩很小

具有良好的灵敏度特性

满足控制要求

Abstract

Aim To design a valve which can control the channels size of high-speed liquid. Methods According to the control requirement the structure size of valve is decided

and its deformation calculated. Results The structural size of bowl-shape control valve is obtained. Conclusion The test result indicates that the driving moment of this control valve is very low. It has excellent sensitive characteristic

and can satisfy with control requirements.
