摘要

　用格林函数法对激光相变硬化时的温度场进行了计算

从热传导方程出发

对光斑形状、材料热物性作了恰当近似

用"像光源"方法对边界条件进行了处理.分析了加热和冷却过程中

材料内部组织的变化

并用无界边条件的解来模拟硬化带的特点.

Abstract

The temperature field in laser transformation hardening is studied with the help of Green-function. It also makes some approximation on the shape of facular and the material thermal process of calculation using heat transmission equation. The boundary condition is dealt with by the method of !image lamp-house". The change of the inside structure in the heating and cooling process is analysed. The character of the hardened zone using the solve with infinite boundary condition is simulated.
