摘要

　运用小波分析方法对车辆变速箱振动信号进行预处理

并运用小波包能量尺度图分析方法识别出故障

按此方法对BJ212型车辆变速箱振动加速度信号作了分析

准确地识别出了故障.结果表明

利用小波包分析进行变速箱故障诊断的方法简单且行之有效.

Abstract

The signal of the vibration in the vehicle gearbox can be processed with the wavelet analysis method. The faults can be diagnosed using the Wavelet Packet Energy Scale Analysis. According to this

the acceleration signal of BJ212′s gearbox is analyzed

and the fault is recognized accurately. It shows that the method of fault diagnosis using wavelet packet analysis is simple and feasible.
