摘要

提出了可逆向切削的加工方法

对可逆向切削的定义作了描述

给出了运动方式的分类方法

将可逆向切削分为可逆向进给运动、可逆向主运动、复合可逆三种

对每种方式的特点进行了分析.研究了可逆向车削、铣削、刨削、钻削和铰削以及复合可逆切削的运动方式和特点

建立了车削、铣削、刨削、钻削和铰削、车铣的运动学图谱.

Abstract

Reversible cutting technique has been defined and presented in this paper.Reversible cutting can be classified into three categories in terms of cutting movement: reversible feed motion

reversible primary motion

and reversible composite motion.After an analysis of the characteristics of each category of cutting

and after a research on the motion modes and characteristics of reversible turning

milling

shaping

drilling

reaming and composite reversible machining

the kinematics′ illustrative collections of these reversible methods have been established.
